What this service involves

During your blood testing appointment, we take time to understand your health history, current concerns and what you’d like to explore. We’ll talk through your symptoms, medications and lifestyle, then agree which blood tests are most appropriate for you.

Your blood sample is taken by an experienced nurse and sent to a trusted lboratory for analysis. When your results are back, we review them carefully and explain them in clear, simple language.

How we can help

You’ll receive realistic, evidence‑informed guidance rather than quick‑fix promises. Together, we can:

  • Look at what your results may mean for your day‑to‑day health

  • Talk about areas that may benefit from lifestyle changes or further review

  • Discuss when it may be helpful to speak to your GP or a specialist

  • Plan next steps that feel manageable for you

There is plenty of time for questions, and you are welcome to bring previous results if you have them.

More than “in range”

NHS reference ranges are important for safety, but they can be broad. Sometimes results are technically “in range” but may not feel optimal for you. We look at your results in more detail and talk about what may be optimal for your wellbeing, not just whether a number is flagged as abnormal.

Who this is for

Blood testing is designed for adults who:

  • Want a clearer picture of their health

  • Have ongoing symptoms such as fatigue and would like to explore possible contributors

  • Value time with an experienced nurse to talk through results and next steps

Important

This service does not replace urgent or emergency medical care. If you feel unwell, have new or severe symptoms, or are worried about your health, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services.

Laboratory Blood Analysis

You’ll receive clear, evidence‑based advice in plain language. Together, we can:

  • Review your current skincare and simplify where needed

  • Talk about lifestyle factors that may be affecting your skin

  • Discuss prescription options you may wish to explore with your GP or specialist

  • Plan realistic next steps that feel manageable for you

There is plenty of time for questions, and you are welcome to bring photos or notes if that helps.

Anti‑ageing support

For clients who are looking for subtle, natural changes, we can also discuss anti‑ageing treatments in a sympathetic and realistic way. This may include prescription‑strength retinoids or injectable treatments, where appropriate, to support skin quality and confidence rather than drastic change.

Future treatment options

  • Scar treatment, including microneedling

  • Laser treatment for certain scars and skin concerns

  • Red light therapy to support skin health

  • Cryotherapy for certain skin tags and warts

Cryotherapy and any other lesion‑based treatments are not a diagnostic service. Any lesion must be reviewed by your doctor first to confirm it is benign before any treatment can take place.

Who this is for

Skin consultations are designed for adults (18+) who are struggling with ongoing skin concerns such as acne, sensitivity, redness or texture changes, and would value time with an experienced nurse to talk things through.

Important

This service does not replace urgent or emergency medical care. If you have worrying, rapidly changing or severe symptoms, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services.
